BTC class on starting small business to begin Monday MONROE -- The Monroe campus of Blackhawk Technical College will launch a Starting A Small Business class from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22. The class will meet for six sessions at the BTC Monroe campus, 210 Fourth Ave. BTC Board meets with Sen.
